YH high-pressure pumps are adapted to the regenerative cleaning machine for the removal of rubber from round nickel wire mesh.
The method is based on liquid and high-pressure water cleaning, in which a cleaning solution consisting of water and soap is heated and sprayed onto the anilox rolls.
The solution reacts with the ink in the grooves of the anilox rollers, causing the ink to shrink and fall off the groove walls.
The remaining cleaning solution and ink particles are then rinsed out of the anilox groove using high pressure water.
