The CNC table and motion system still had useful service life, so replacing the entire machine would have created unnecessary capital expense. The customer needed a compatible pressure-system upgrade that could connect to the existing equipment with limited modification and a controlled installation window.

02 • Retrofit Assessment

Compatibility Was Defined Before the Pump Was Configured

A replacement-pump project depends on more than matching the pressure rating. Yuanhong reviewed the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical requirements of the existing system before finalizing the configuration.
