With its 4000 × 2000 mm body size, the machine is designed for handling large panels and complex cutting tasks with ease.
Advantages of the Gantry Waterjet Structure
The YH-G series adopts a gantry-type waterjet structure. Built with two base rails and a moving bridge, the design ensures stable performance, while the cutting head moves independently for maximum flexibility.
In addition, the CNC motion system and worktable are designed as separate structures, effectively avoiding the influence of water turbulence on cutting accuracy. All YUANHONG worktable frames undergo an annealing process, ensuring they remain deformation-free and provide a solid, reliable, and durable work surface.
Precision with the AB 5-Axis Cutting Head
This system is equipped with an advanced AB 5-axis dynamic cutting head, making it ideal for complex geometries and multi-angle cutting.
- Dual-axis articulation (A & B) allows the jet to tilt and rotate simultaneously, eliminating the need to reposition the workpiece.
