Laser Height Measurement Sensor

Height measurement with a laser sensor is a non-contact height measurement performed before cutting. Three height measurement methods are currently supported: manual height measurement, three-point height measurement, and scanning height measurement.

By keeping the tool head at the same distance from the surface of the workpiece as compared to cylinder height measurement, which requires contact, the accuracy of the measurement can be greatly improved and possible damage to the workpiece can be avoided. It is perfect for rock workpieces with curved or irregularly shaped surfaces, but is not suitable for materials with high transmittance or reflectivity, such as glass or mirrors.

The CNC motion system and the supporting worktable are designed as separate structures, effectively eliminating the impact of water turbulence on movement during the cutting process. All YUANHONG worktable frames undergo an annealing process to ensure that the frame does not deform, guaranteeing a solid, reliable, and durable work surface.

Cutting Head

The main cut tool of a waterjet cutting machine. Usea CNC-guided system to direct a supersonic jet of water at a material by UHPpump. The water passes through an orifice, typically made of diamond or sapphire, to create a stream that cuts the material. For hard materials, an abrasive like garnet or aluminum oxide is added to the water stream to help cut the material.

CNC Control system
