Please review our holiday schedule, order arrangements, post-holiday shipping plan and factory visit availability before arranging your project.
Orders and Production Scheduling Remain Open
Customers may continue to submit enquiries, confirm orders and reserve production schedules from October 1 to October 7. Confirmed projects will enter technical review, material preparation, production, inspection and shipping arrangements after factory operations resume on October 8.
Pre-Holiday Inspection and Shipping
Before the holiday, our production and logistics teams are completing final inspections, packaging and dispatch arrangements for confirmed orders. This includes machine operating checks, high-pressure pump testing, spare-parts inspection, export packing, shipping-document preparation and coordination with freight forwarders.
Completed orders proceed according to the confirmed logistics schedule.
Enquiries, specifications, quotations and production reservations can still be submitted.
Production, inspection, factory visits and shipping restart in order.
Orders that have completed production, inspection, payment and shipping confirmation before the holiday will be dispatched according to the agreed logistics plan. Projects that cannot be dispatched before September 30 will be prioritized for production or shipping after operations resume on October 8.
What Can Be Arranged During the Holiday?
New machine projects
Customers can submit cutting materials, thicknesses, table size, pump pressure, cutting-head type, automation requirements and target delivery time for preliminary review.
Waterjet pump enquiries
Send the required pressure, power supply, intended operating hours, number of cutting heads and compatibility information for pump selection.
Spare-parts orders
Provide the machine or pump model, existing part number, quantity and clear component photos to reduce identification time.
Production reservations
Confirmed requirements can be recorded and added to the post-holiday production sequence before the factory reopens.
Holiday responses may be slightly slower than on normal working days. However, the information you provide will be recorded so that confirmed projects can move forward promptly after October 8.
Urgent Spare-Parts Requirements
Customers who expect to need consumables or replacement parts should submit their requirements during the holiday so that identification, stock checking and production scheduling can begin as soon as the team returns.
- Ruby, sapphire and diamond orifices
- Mixing and focusing tubes
- Three-axis and five-axis cutting-head components
- High-pressure seals and check-valve components
- Intensifier-pump parts
- High-pressure tubing and fittings
- Abrasive delivery and metering components
For faster part identification, send the original part number whenever available. If the number is unknown, provide overall dimensions, connection dimensions, the machine model and photographs from several angles.
Factory Visit Arrangements
The YH WATERJET factory will not arrange regular customer visits from October 1 to October 7. Customers may still contact us during the holiday to reserve a visit after the factory reopens.
Visits are available again from October 8, subject to written confirmation. Please provide:
- Preferred date and arrival time
- Company name, country and number of visitors
- Machines, pumps or systems you want to inspect
- Target materials, thicknesses and application
- Whether a cutting demonstration is required
- Technical questions for the engineering team
Customers requesting a cutting test should send material details, dimensions, thicknesses and drawings in advance. Please wait for written appointment confirmation before making a special trip to the factory.
