Shanghai Yuanhong Ultra High Pressure WaterJet Technology Co,. Ltd., whose registered capital is 13 million RMB, founded on 2012, and Yuanhong waterjet is a private company specializing in R&D, production, sales and after-sale service of ultra-high pressure water jet parts and high pressure waterjet solution. Our factory is located in Tongxiang, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, China.
Enterprise Scale & Qualifications
Currently, Yuanhong Waterjet has over 90 employees and an annual output value of approximately 80 million yuan. We have obtained ISO 9001 quality system certification and CE certification, and are also recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Shanghai.
Production Equipment & Quality Control
In the process of growth, we have introduced sophisticated CNC equipment and testing equipment covering the entire production process to ensure production quality. The company currently has 24 sets of CNC lathes, 8 sets of 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis machining centers in total; 18 sets of ordinary lathes, wire cutting, sawing machines, milling machines and other auxiliary equipment;
Standing raw material inventory is about 15 tons, most of which are precipitation hardening stainless steel. Two sets of heat treatment furnaces are ready to work anytime. We have a complete inspection room, including CMM coordinate measuring machine, projector, profiles, roughness tester, hardness tester and other equipment. At the same time, we have ultrasonic cleaning machine which is the overall cleaning and drying equipment: . With complete machining production capacity, Yuanhong waterjet can do the complete process of machining from raw materials to heat treatment .
