Product use：

It is applied to the underground portable water cutting machine in coal mine, cutting operation and various derusting operations in the field of petrochemical oil. The water cutting machine meets the explosion-proof requirements through spark test, electrostatic detection and temperature detection.

Working principle：
The working medium flows into the high-pressure plunger pump after being filtered by the water storage tank through the low-pressure hose. The explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor is used in the coal mine to provide power for the high-pressure pump to pressurize the working medium. The high-pressure water flows into the high-pressure mortar mixing device through the high-pressure hose to fully mix with the abrasive, drive the abrasive to accelerate, and finally pass through 中1.02mm cutting gun nozzle to form high-pressure mortar jet for cutting operation. The safety valve in the protection system realizes overpressure protection through overpressure overflow;The one-way valve canprevent the backflow of mortar and further ensure the safety performance of the system.
