Robotic waterjet cutting combines the unique and flexible cutting characteristics of waterjets with the productivity and accuracy capabilities of robotics. Creating a cutting, finishing, material handling or cleaning solution that enables users to accurately and efficiently produce complex parts on a wide range of operating platforms.

Yuanhong robot space water cutting system consists of robot system, ultra-high pressure pump, pure water cutting system, working table, vacuum adsorption and waste water and waste material separation and discharge system, safety protection system, electrical control system, as well as industrial water cooler, softened water and other optional systems. It adopts high-precision 6-axis water cutting robot as the actuator, ultra-high pressure pump as the cutting energy, and mold as the positioning of workpiece, and realizes the edge contour line cutting and positioning punching of the interior parts by pure water cutting, so as to separate the workpiece and the waste material, and all the processing is completed at one time.
